My name is Vi (she/her/hers).

Above all else, I believe we all have the capacity to be our own and each others' healers, to tap into our innate wisdom, and find balance and acceptance of our inner truths.

I consider healing to be everything, and that everything can be healing.

On this website, I hope to explore what it means to embody healing in the everyday for ourselves, our communities, and our planet on the way to liberation.
